Your project agreement
MTD Labs LLC is a Florida limited liability company providing websites, custom software, AI receptionists, photography, and related services. A project begins when we both accept a written quote or agreement. Sending an inquiry does not create a paid order. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business placing the order.
Your quote identifies the deliverables, price, schedule, included revisions, and any ongoing services. If a signed project agreement expressly differs from these general terms, that agreement controls for that project. Existing agreements are not changed just because this page is updated.
Scope, revisions, and delivery
Two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope are included in one-time commissions unless your quote specifies otherwise. Additional features, new directions, or other scope changes need a written quote and your agreement before we charge for them.
We provide a preview before requesting final payment. After you approve the agreed work and pay the balance, we deliver the files or access included in your quote. Delivery dates depend on receiving your content, access, and feedback. If a project becomes inactive, we will contact you before pausing it or agreeing on a revised schedule.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Website starting prices are estimates; your accepted quote sets the price. One-time projects normally require a 50% deposit before work starts and the remaining 50% after preview approval, before final delivery. Recurring services are billed in advance under the plan you accept.
Available business payment methods appear on your invoice or payment link. Any permitted processing charge must be disclosed before payment and comply with applicable law and the payment provider's rules. We do not require personal-transfer payment methods for business purchases.
Cancellation and refunds
You can request cancellation by emailing support@mtdlabs.dev. Under the standard project terms, deposits become non-refundable once work starts, subject to applicable law and any written refund commitment. A cancellation within 24 hours of work starting may qualify for a discretionary partial refund based on the work already performed and disclosed processing costs. If MTD Labs cancels before completing the paid work, we refund the amount attributable to undelivered work.
Monthly payments generally cover the current billing period and are not refunded for partial periods, except where required by law or a written guarantee. Any specific offer or refund guarantee accepted with your order continues to apply. Contact us about billing concerns; these terms do not prevent lawful payment disputes or truthful reviews.
Monthly services and FrontDesk
MTD FrontDesk is $500 per month with setup included. The plan you accept identifies included support, integrations, usage allowances, and any overage rates before enrollment. No additional usage charges apply without disclosure and agreement. Automatic renewal applies only when disclosed and accepted as part of your plan.
You may cancel by emailing support@mtdlabs.dev before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Price or plan changes will be communicated before they apply, so you can decide whether to continue. If a payment fails, we will give reasonable notice before suspending the affected service, except when immediate action is needed for security or unlawful use.
FrontDesk configurations and integrations vary by business. We do not promise a particular number of leads, bookings, sales, or uninterrupted availability. Any service-level or money-back commitment must be stated in the written offer.
Rights in the work
After full payment, you own the custom deliverables created specifically for your project and included in your accepted quote. MTD Labs assigns its rights in those custom deliverables to you at that time. You may use, modify, publish, or sell those deliverables, subject to any third-party rights identified in the project. Source files included in your quote are part of the handover.
You keep the rights to materials you provide. MTD Labs retains its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general reusable components. Where those components are included in your deliverables, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute them as part of those deliverables, including through contractors or a transfer of your project. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying reusable tools.
Third-party software, fonts, images, models, and services remain subject to their owners' licenses and terms. Hosted subscriptions and third-party accounts are not transferred unless your quote says so. We ask for your permission before using your project, name, or non-public materials in our portfolio. Reuse of general components does not permit disclosure of your confidential information.
Confidential information and your materials
Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform or receive the agreed services. This does not cover information already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
You must have permission to use content and assets you provide. Give us only the access needed for the project, and keep control of your business accounts and recovery methods. Service providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI services, calls, and messages
AI receptionists and agents can misunderstand requests or produce incorrect information. Review the business information, permissions, escalation rules, and integrations before using an agent with customers. Appointment requests require the appropriate confirmation; an example conversation is not a booking or a customer result.
The MTD Labs receptionist records call audio and saves transcripts. It identifies itself as AI and tells callers that the line is recorded. If you prefer not to use that recorded service, email support@mtdlabs.dev. For agents operated for other businesses, recording, transcription storage, and consent requirements depend on the setup and applicable law. Required notices and consent processes must be agreed and implemented before enabling the relevant features. A statement on this website does not replace consent required during a call.
You are responsible for lawful use of the service and the customer data you supply. MTD Labs remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations. These services are not emergency services or a substitute for professional advice. Do not send regulated or highly sensitive data unless we have separately agreed to the necessary safeguards.
Text messaging
Where you separately opt in, MTD Labs LLC may send replies to inquiries, quotes, project updates, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or email support@mtdlabs.dev. An opt-out confirmation may be sent. Providing a number for a requested callback does not by itself authorize promotional texts. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Third-party services and availability
Hosting, AI models, telephony, payment providers, and other integrations have their own terms, limits, and availability. We will describe required subscriptions and who pays for them in your quote. We cannot guarantee the operation of services outside our control.
An ongoing hosting or support plan is separate from delivery of a one-time project unless explicitly included. Keep your own copies of delivered files. Before a hosted service ends, contact us to arrange export of available data; the handover and retention period must be specified in the plan or cancellation notice.
Acceptable use
We may refuse or stop work involving unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, deception, unauthorized access, or violations of relevant platform rules. You may not use our services to impersonate people deceptively or send unsolicited messages unlawfully. We will give notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue where reasonable; urgent security or legal risks may require immediate suspension.
Responsibility and limits
We are responsible for performing the work described in the accepted quote. Except for express written commitments and rights that cannot legally be excluded, services are provided as available without additional warranties. AI outputs, third-party changes, and future compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the agreement, and MTD Labs' total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or override an express refund obligation.
You are responsible for third-party claims caused by materials you supply unlawfully or your unlawful use of the service, to the extent attributable to you. This does not make you responsible for MTD Labs' own misconduct.
Disagreements and governing law
Please email support@mtdlabs.dev with the project name and details of the issue so we can work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms restricts rights to contact a payment provider, regulator, or court, or to publish an honest review.
Florida law governs the agreement, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in Florida unless applicable law requires another forum. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
Changes and contact
We will identify revisions on this page. Material changes to an existing paid agreement require appropriate notice and any agreement required by law; posting revised terms alone does not retrospectively change an accepted project.

Echo and client portal
You may use Echo for public service questions and use the available inquiry and booking forms. Signed-in client features depend on project assignments made by MTD Labs. Keep control of your email and Google account, do not share sign-in links, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may access only the accounts, records and projects you are authorized to use.
Review request details and attachments before submitting. AI replies may be wrong and do not independently change an accepted scope, price or agreement. A submitted change request is not approval of additional paid work. Brandon confirms custom scope and any additional charges before work proceeds.
Keep original uploads and delivered files. Document uploads may be converted to plain text and images re-encoded, so the portal copy may differ from the original. Chat history is temporary and is not a permanent project archive. The Privacy Policy explains chat retention, project records, permanent assets, current cleanup status and backups.
Eligible portal records can be moved to recoverable Trash by the owner. Permanently removing a project also removes its associated portal requests and assets. Permanent removal cannot be undone through normal Trash controls and does not automatically erase provider copies or backups. Account removal may be blocked by linked projects or bookings. Contact support@mtdlabs.dev for access, correction, account closure or deletion requests.
Booking with Echo
Echo offers free 15-minute introductory calls using available times on MTD Labs' connected calendar. Current booking hours are Thursday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., Eastern Time. Book at least 24 hours ahead and no more than 14 days ahead. Times can become unavailable before confirmation.
Check your contact details and selected time, then confirm the appointment. A suggested time or chat reply is not a confirmed booking. Use the booking confirmation shown by the service. If a request remains pending or fails, do not assume it is booked; contact us before submitting duplicates.
Brandon calls the phone number you provide. To cancel or reschedule, call or text (863) 236-7168 at least 12 hours before the appointment, as shown in the booking flow. Supplying a phone number does not opt you into automated texts. Removing portal records does not itself cancel the Calendar appointment.
