By commissioning MTD Labs you agree to the terms below. These cover payment, ownership, what we will and will not build, and how disputes are handled. If anything here is unclear, open a ticket in Discord and ask before ordering.
Non-refundable once work begins. Cancellations within 24 hours before work starts may receive a partial refund at MTD Labs' discretion, minus processing fees.
The client may use the commissioned work for personal use after full payment. MTD Labs retains the right to reuse, modify, publish, or publicly release the work unless exclusivity is purchased separately.
Private or unreleased work requires an exclusivity fee agreed before work begins. Not applicable to Steam Workshop mods.
No anti-cheat bypass, DRM circumvention, Terms of Service violations, or intellectual property infringement. Violations result in immediate decline and a possible ban.
MTD Labs may credit itself on public releases unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work is built for specific game or software versions. MTD Labs is not liable for breakage caused by future patches or conflicts outside our control.
Handled through tickets only. Chargebacks or public callouts without attempting resolution first result in a permanent ban.
MTD Labs reserves the right to cancel any active commission at any time and for any reason. If cancelled by MTD Labs, a full refund will be issued. Client-initiated cancellations after work has begun are non-refundable.
If a client does not respond within 14 days of a preview being delivered, MTD Labs reserves the right to mark the commission complete and close the ticket. No additional previews or revisions will be provided. The deposit is non-refundable in this case.
The quote covers the work described at the time of acceptance. Any additions or changes to the original scope requested after work begins will be quoted separately and require additional payment before the new work starts. MTD Labs is not obligated to continue work until the scope change is agreed upon and paid.
By commissioning MTD Labs you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter into this agreement and make payments.
