This explains what information MTD Labs collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver your commission, and we do not sell it to anyone.
When you use the inquiry form on this site, we collect:
Once you open a ticket in our Discord, we also receive whatever you choose to share there - messages, reference files, and the details needed to scope and deliver your order.
Only to respond to your inquiry, scope and deliver your commission, process payment, and provide any ongoing support you sign up for. That is the entire purpose.
Payments are handled by third-party processors (PayPal, Stripe, Ko-fi, Venmo). They receive the payment details directly - MTD Labs never sees or stores your card numbers. Their own privacy policies govern that data.
Inquiries are delivered to our private Discord. Order records (what was ordered, amounts, and dates) are kept for business and tax purposes. Communication happens on Discord, which is also governed by Discord's own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone except the payment processors needed to take payment, or where required by law.
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The inquiry form sends only the fields listed above, and only when you submit it.
You can ask us to delete the information from your inquiry or ticket at any time by opening a ticket in Discord, except where we are required to keep certain records (such as completed-order and tax history).
