How long does a commission take?▾
Depends on scope. Simple sites or small tools can be done in a few days. Larger projects - full websites, AI agents, complex apps - can take 1 to 3 weeks. You'll get a specific timeline in your quote before any money changes hands.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
PayPal (Friends & Family - no fee), Zelle (no fee), Ko-fi (no fee), Venmo (no fee), and Stripe (card - 2.9% + $0.30 fee). A 50% deposit is due upfront; the remaining 50% on delivery before files are handed over. Monthly plans are billed via PayPal or Stripe.
Are revisions included?▾
2 rounds of revisions are included per commission. If you want something outside the original spec, we'll talk it through and quote it separately. Nothing extra gets charged without a conversation first.
How do we communicate during a project?▾
However works best for you - email, a phone call, or a private Discord channel. A lot of projects run in Discord because it keeps messages, files, payment links, and previews in one place, but it's never required.
What is the monthly add-on plan?▾
An optional recurring plan for ongoing support after delivery. Websites and apps: Hosting ($35/mo), Maintenance ($75/mo), Full Support ($120/mo). Cancel anytime. (FrontDesk includes support in its monthly price.)
Are my project files kept private?▾
Yes. Files stay private by default - never shared, sold, or shown as portfolio examples without permission.
What requests do you not accept?▾
Anything illegal or against a platform's Terms of Service. Payment is USD only - no crypto, no gift cards, no chargebacks.
Do I need to know how to code?▾
Not at all. You describe what you want and we build it. If you're not sure how to describe it technically, just explain it in plain language and we'll figure out the rest together.
Can I see the work before paying the final balance?▾
Yes. A preview is always sent before the final 50% is due - a live demo for agents and apps, a staging link for websites. You approve it before any final payment is requested.
Can I release or sell what was built publicly?▾
After full payment you own the right to use the work personally. MTD Labs LLC retains the right to publish or reuse it unless you purchase Private Exclusivity. You may not resell commissioned work to third parties. See the full Terms of Service for details.
Do you offer rush or priority delivery?▾
Yes. Priority Queue bumps your order to the front of the active queue so work starts as soon as your deposit clears. The fee is 20% of your order total with a $25 minimum. Just let us know when you get in touch.
